If it wasnt for OC Emergency Pet clinic and the care from Dr. Painter our dog would not have been with us for Christmas. They were very caring, compassionate and understanding. Dr. Painter was everything the daytime vet was not. She was caring, competent and communicative. She was honest and straight forward when discussing his treatment options, was very thorough and didn't make me feel rushed. After running some diagnostic tests, we decided to move forward with an exploratory surgery. I was even called twice during the night to keep me posted on his progress. Even after he came home, Dr. Painter called to follow up on him.

This is a great place if there is ever an emergency with your pet and your vet is closed. Think of it as an ER for animals! I took my cocker spaniel there after she fell into a hole and broke her leg. They were so friendly and calmed my worries.
